We cover South East and South West London, Surrey, and parts of Kent, Middlesex and Sussex.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we do, we are fully insured to work in your home and on your appliance.
Do you belong to a professional body?
We are a family run independent company, established since 2006. We belong to the Federation of Small Business (FSB), The Association of Approved Oven Cleaners (TAAOC), Which? Trusted trader and Checkatrade.com.
How long will the cleaning take?
It can take anything from 2.5 - 4.5 hours depending on the size of your appliance, but you will be advised when you book in.
My Aga has never been cleaned and is in a bad state, do you charge more?
No we don't. After close inspection we would be very honest with you from the start about the condition of your Aga and what to expect from our cleaning process, we would do the very best we could and advise you for better results to have your Aga cleaned more frequently.
Does my Aga have to be turned off and cold when you clean it?
Yes, depending on the type of Aga. If you have the type of Aga that is left on constantly, we ask that you switch it off 24 hours prior to our visit.
Will you be using any strong industrial chemicals in my kitchen?
Absolutely not, we only use vitreous enamel safe products in your home, there are no fumes or odours.
Do I have to provide protective sheeting?
No, we provide everything needed to carry out the clean safely.
How often should I have my Aga cleaned?
Spills and splashes on the enamel should be wiped away as soon as possible, using a damp soft cloth. We recommend your Aga is deep cleaned at least once a year.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash or debit card. For your convenience all our technicians carry chip and pin machines.
Parking charges, Congestion zone and ULEZ charges, will be payable by the customer, if applicable.
Please allow 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments to enable other customers to benefit. Oven Sheen reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to or less than the value for appointments not kept.
